When you join the Rende waitlist, we collect:

• Email address
• Phone number (Singapore +65)
• Gender

We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for:

• Facilitating the matchmaking process via our AI on Telegram
• Contacting you with your weekly match and date plan
• Sending service-related updates and announcements

We will not use your data for unrelated marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Google Sheets, accessible only to the Rende team. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

5. Sharing of Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may only be shared with service providers directly involved in delivering the Rende experience (e.g. Telegram for messaging).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service. If you withdraw from Rende or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data
